The CDN in a Box offers full control over your private CDN, within our CDN. You can set up accounts, manage resources per customer and deliver assets and streams in all popular formats. CDN in a Box is available from just €1750 per month and can be customized with many software, hardware and network upgrades. Hardware and storageThe entry level €1750 per month CDN in a Box offer is based on industrial grade, high performance A-brand hardware with 2x4 core CPU, 8GB RAM, 1Gbps NIC. Included is hardware based RAID-5 storage with 8 15K RPM SAS disks, offering maximum throughput, redundancy and over 2TB actual storage that you can freely share between your accounts.
ConnectivityThe CDN in a Box has a dedicated, guaranteed 1 Gbps link on a 2 Terabit/second pan-European network with our famous triple A+ status for global performance. You can choose between our flexible Pay-Per-TB and the extremely competitive Flat-Fee models with unlimited traffic. We offer rates as low as €0,03 per TB and €5 per Mbps, all-in. Powerful, innovative softwareCDN in a Box includes the full-blown VDO-X CDN management suite including the VDO-X administrator interface, database, redirection engine, replication engine, StreamStat and various helper applications for management and monitoring. Manage up to 50 accounts. Oversee your CDN, the servers and the customers via realtime statistics and reports. Each account gets access to the widely praised VDO-X self service center.
CDN in a Box runs many delivery services natively in parallel (not virtualized!) including Wowza Media Server, Darwin Streaming Server, Icecast Server, Apache and StroboScope, so you can deliver progressive downloads and stream VOD and live in all popular formats including H.264, Flash, 3GPP, AAC, MP3 and QuickTime.

The maximum redundancy option includes an identical setup in a second datacenter in permanent sync. In the event of an issue on your master server, users are automatically redirected to the fallback server, even for live streams. Custom applicationsYour CDN in a box is a private resource. We can give you full admin access so you can tune applications, change settings and install custom applications and scripts. This allows you to offer more features than the standard StreamZilla feature set offers. UpgradesDo you need more storage? We can offer up to 10TB storage per delivery server.
