Popularity overview & status reporting

VDO-X offers advanced realtime and in depth reporting screens. In Manage Assets and Manage Live Streams, the green status icons shows the availability of the asset and live stream. Click on the green check icon to see which servers in the CDN cloud are currently used to serve the content. An orange check icon means that the asset is already available but unchecked.

Realtime statistics per asset

Click on the Stats icon to get realtime graphical feedback on the popularity per asset. You can view popular networks and used servers, in accumulative, line and pie charts, for every single asset and live stream in your account. The data is saved for 24 hours and is updated every five minutes.

No data means no requests to report.

Realtime account statistics

Go to the Statistics menu. This page shows actual statistics for your account for the last 24 hours. VDO-X reports the most popular networks for your content, the top servers that are used to deliver your content. The data is available for the last 24 hours and is refreshed every 5 minutes.

Historical reporting

In the Statistics submenu you can open historical, rich statistics pages per delivery protocol. Note that you need to enter the statistics username and your password to view these details. The historical overview reports many details, including traffic usage, view time and geography. The historical reports are based on media server log files and are very detailed and exact. Reports are updated every 20, 40 or 60 minutes depending on actual load, and are saved for many years.
